Our Permission Marketing Policy.
Our service is permission-based communications which means that our
clients have provided your email address to us, based upon your permission
and agreement to receive email communications from them. In turn, we
agree to send email newsletters and promotions to their customers and
prospects.
Our Terms of Use and our agreement with our clients, strictly forbids
the use of our service for transmission of unsolicited “bulk”
or commercial email. We ask that our clients confirm that they have
an existing relationship with you, the receiver of the email, or that
you have expressly indicated through an “opt in” process
that you want to receive the type of email communication being sent
to you from our client. If a client chooses to use an "opt-in"
list, they must provide iCapSolutions LLC with the source of that information.
Additionally, our client is required to indicate in the email that this
email is sent as a result of “opting in”.
Unsubscribing.
Every email we send contains an easy to use "Unsubscribe"
link at the bottom of the email. To unsubscribe, you simply need to
click the link at the bottom of the page in the unsubscribe area. You
will be removed from all future mailings within 24 to 48 hours from
receipt of your unsubscribe request.
Spam.
We do not tolerate Spam. If you believe you have received an unsolicited
email using the iCapSolutions LLC mail system mailaddiction Inc, or what appears to be our
system, please forward a copy of the offending email to abuse@mailaddiction.com.
We will immediately investigate, and if abuse is proven, will take appropriate
action to eliminate abusive future mailings.
