iCapSolutions LLC DBA mailaddiction Inc offers a wide variety of tools and services
designed to assist and empower marketing and research capabilities on
and off the Internet. The on-line campaign wizard helps companies create
a campaign step-by-step: send e-mails, track responses, design surveys,
capture data, and generate reports without the need for expensive technology
or personnel.
iCapSolutions LLC does not screen or censor the data and correspondence,
whether emails or responses, and does not guarantee the truthfulness,
accuracy or reliability of communications, or of the identity of those
posting or sending material. iCapSolutions LLC acts only as a conduit and
intermediary for third party clients. We do ask that our clients agree
to abide by national, state and local laws. However, we recommend that
you refer to their privacy polices and Terms of Use for more detailed
information. Some companies ask for information such as your name, email
address, address, phone number. By participating in the iCapSolutions LLC
service, you understand and agree to the distribution of this information
to our third party clients.
Control of Your Password.
A valid email address is required for registration so that your password
can be sent to you personally. This has been done to help prevent and
safeguard the members of iCapSolutions LLC from random attacks and spam. iCapSolutions LLC does not sell or distribute your email address to any
third parties.
You must not disclose your password to any third parties or share it
with any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may
lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information
and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.
You are ultimately responsible for all actions taken on this Service
that appears to originate from your membership name. Therefore, if your
password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately

option to subscribe to the newsletter for updates, product information,
free service packs and special offers. You do so by “opting in”.

All payment information that is on the payment page including your
e-mail address, credit card number, company name, first name, last name,
address, city, state, zip, country, is received by Authorize.net, our
authorized payment processor, on their secure payment gateway. Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) is used for all financial transactions to ensure

Digital Millennium Copyright Act and Copyright Infringement.
mailaddiction Inc is registered with the United States Copyright Office
pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe that
your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement
by a mailaddiction Inc Client ("the Client"), you ("the Complaining
Party") must first provide mailaddiction Inc Copyright Agent
with the following information in writing ("the Notification"):
1) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to
act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly
infringed;
2) A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
if multiple copyrighted works at a single site are covered by a single
notification, then include a representative list of such works at that
site;
3) A description of where the material that you claim is infringing
is located on the site sufficient to permit us to locate the allegedly
infringing material;
4) Your address, telephone number, and email address;
5) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use
is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6) A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above
information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright
owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Upon receipt of the written Notification containing the above information
by the Complaining Party, and only upon receiving such Notification,
mailaddiction.com will:

2) Forward the written notification to the alleged infringer ("the
Client");
3) Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the Client that it has removed
or disabled access to the material.
In response, the Client may send a "Counter-Notification"
to mailaddiction.com. To be effective, the Counter-Notification must be
in writing and include the following information:
1) The Client’s physical or electronic signature;
2) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which
access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared
before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
3) A statement under penalty of perjury that the Client has a good faith
belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake
or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
4) The Client’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement
that the Client consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District
Court in which the address is located, or if the Client is outside the
United States, for any judicial district in which mailaddiction.com may
be found, and that the Client will accept service of process from the
person or his agent who provided the original Notification.
Upon receipt of the written Counter-Notification containing the above
information by the Client, and only upon receiving such Counter-Notification,
mailaddiction.com will:
1) Provide the Complaining Party with a copy of the Counter-Notification;
2) Inform the Complaining Party that it will replace the removed material
or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days;
3) Replace the removed material or cease disabling access to the material
within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following receipt of
the Counter-Notification, provided mailaddiction.com’s Copyright Agent
has not received notice from the Complaining Party that an action has
been filed seeking a court order to restrain the Client from engaging
in infringing activity relating to the material referenced in the Notification.
